This is pre take apart the first time.
Update: when switch is turned off, and put in dock, blue screen happens, also when it turns on not in dock it happens, no joy con charging happening at all.

I’ve Highlighted the two points to measure.
One probe on ground and the other on red = what resistance
then
One probe on ground and the other on blue = what resistance
Red was 0.007-5
blue was 0.004-6
Both rails are shorted. Remove the M92 IC and measure those same points again and see if the shorts have cleared
