Hi Red,
I have very similar issue. Installed the Picofly chip on my Switch OLED. Everything went well until I reassembled it and found out it won’t boot at all. It draws about 0.45A when battery is attached, 12ma without battery.
I removed the chip and all wires, but it still has the same symptom. I checked the BQ and M92 chips, and there are no shorts. I also checked the PMIC chip in diode mode, and all readings are within the expected range.
Is there anything else I should check?
Thank you
Could you boot to hekate? How did you connect tje emmc?
No, it couldn’t boot into Hekate. The PicoFly is flashing a Long Short Short error code, indicating an eMMC initialization failure during the glitch process.
I used the Kamikaze method to connect the Data 0. I’ve checked all the connections, and everything seems fine. I even checked the CLK and Data 0 with an oscilloscope, and it only shows one long data packet.
I’m not sure if the eMMC or SoC is dead. Is there a way to check if the eMMC is functioning properly?
Sorry for the late feedback. You use the Kamikaze method? Maybe you have destroy the line from the kamikaze point to the cpu?
thanks
