22 days later, I totally forgot to disconnect battery the last time, and now it is at 0V (disconnected or not).
I will charge with a bms charger, and order a new one if I manage to repair this console.
So thanks to your diagrams, VBUS is 4.920V, BAT is 0.19V, SYS is 1.34V, and TS is 2.88V.
ok battery seems like it goes into sleep mode
once I plugged my BMS, battery unstuck from 0V.
now it is alive, start charging slowly from switch, USB charger is 4.99V at 0.455A.
Values are now different, VBUS is 4.85V, BAT is 3.21V, and VSYS is 3.45V
