I want to thank you for showing us how to do our own repairs. I have an aerogarden plant system which all three capacitors died. (You showed us that if the top is bulbed out, it’s probably bad)
The bad caps must have sent too much current into the wires that powers the LED array and they fried.
I replaced the caps and cut the wires so there’s no more “burnt exposed” wire left and rigged a new connector.
The machine is happy again!
The only thing I’d like to know is how to I determine the type of connector that’s shown so I can replace that with the correct fitting part?
Again, thank you so much for all of the skills you’ve taught us!
(it seems that I’m not able to upload an image of the wires/connector)
