Bricked mobo? Im on a quest to fix a 2ds flat (learning is the goal fixing is bragging rights)

So i have a 2ds flat that ive been trying to fix off and on for the past year.
The original mobo had a bad fuse but i did everything else first. I changed the charge port, learned how to use a hot air gun and changed the charging ic. Just to find out the wifi adapter lifts up really easily to expose the fuse i was having a hard time testing (also turns out my multimeter leads were worn out and just to short and stubby)

After getting learnt with all that and the multiple open and closing of the ribbon connector i broke 2 (bottom right corner when its open) so i ordered those and attempted to replace them but i didnt get the structural parts pegged down and when i tried opening it i was opening the wrong way and tore off all the pads for the 4 leads.

After that i ordered a mobo off aliexpress to try and take a simple route out…
But they sent me a Chinese mobo…
The thing had no wifi spot, alot less other things too. Then when i got it put back together it just charges. So i thought faulty sleep switch and bypassed from a vid on YouTube (removed and bridged a connection) now im pretty sure i got my battery charged and it still wont turn on

Then i looked into hard brick…

Long story short any suggestions on how to remove the coating to maybe go back to my old board because the more i think about the more concerned i am about the replacement mobo i got a few months ago

So photos of the board i was send i followed the traces of the connector pads i broke and tried attaching at a probing dot but they were just too small and close together

I also debated about going straight to the chip but decided that would be even harder

Sorry its not letting add photos from my phone or edit the original post incase photos have to be in there…

(Its close but i think it keeps coming up with errors when trying to load media from mobile and doesnt let me post unless i delete the attempted upload)
