Charging problem at 15v

Hi, everyone.
NS won’t charge at 15v original charger.Charges only at 5v 7.5w
Does anyone faced such a strange behavior?

Check your cc lines measurement and your PD protocol control chip m92t36

I thought about cc lines.Should i measure voltage or resistance? How correctly to check them?

remove/discount battery and measure cc line in resistance mode(black prob on ground) or diode mode(red prob on ground).
And you should have around 0.5V(500mv) ish reading in diode mode or over 1 Mega ohm resistance mode
