Hello. I have a dualshock 4 that resets every time i turn it of. then i have to connect it by USB cable every time i want to use it. 
1.) Do a Manual Reset.
2.) On underside is a tiny hole.
3.) Stick a pin or thin paper clip
into it and push down the
“Reset” button (4) or (5) times.
4.). Plug the Control in and let it
charge for (5) hours. It really
needs only (3) hours, but give
it some extra time.
