Help Please! Switch OLED dead after Picofly installation!

Hello,

I tried to install the Picofly chip on my Switch OLED. Everything went well until I reassembled it and found out it won’t boot at all. It draws about 0.45A with a 5V charger, but there’s no battery symbol.

I removed the chip and all wires, but it still has the same symptom. I checked the BQ and M92 chips, and there are no shorts. I also checked the PMIC chip in diode mode, and all readings are within the expected range.

Is there anything else I should check?
