Help! PS5 1000 series NO Video

Hello all! New to the forum. I have a PS5 disc version did an HDMI replacement but still no video. I have seen some different sites with diode measurements on the pins. From my breakout board this is what I’m reading. From what I have seen 18 and 19 are out of whack, can anyone recommend what might be the culprit.

The readings above pin 12 seems to be all a bit off.
Are the voltages present?

Calvin thanks so much for the reply! I know I have 5v on pin 18 but have not checked the others. I will check the other voltages and post them in the morning. Thanks again!
