My left stick when I move slightly in any direction pushes left, I tried fixing it and somewhat got it (only did it when pushing down on it) but then it started happening again
It’s something for steady hands and a microscope. If you open up the controller and unplug all the ribbon cabels/battery/… and turn the mainboard with the analog sticks towards you, take the head from the analog stick, you see the potentiometers on two sides of each stick. If you carefully pry and bent the potentiometer for left-right from the stick housing, you can take the tiny contact disc out and inspect the surface of the inner ring of the potentiometer.
If there are marks on the inner ring after cleaning with IPA, the potentiometer have to be changed.
