I have a nintendo switch, working good exept on hdmi : no image. I have checked and change usb-c connector just in case, and p13usb. No short but after check in diode mode, this pin ( number 8 ) is high (0.800 instead of 0.430) BUT i dont know where go this line ( I have test for continuity with a lot of components but nothing, i assume maybe this line go under the soc 
) anyone can confirm that ? In this case i will reball the soc.
