No image, LCD ok, +5/-5V ok, backlight ok

Hello everyone,

I have a faulty Switch I’m unable to fix.
I don’t have its history as I bought it online. It wasn’t able to power on and already made some repairs:
I changed the battery connector as it was way too loose but still no power.
After investigation, the LCD connector was damaged and killed the BQ8316 (the +5/-5V were missing).
I changed both but still no boot.
Soldered a PicoFly on it and when Hekate starts I have a backlight but no image.
I swapped the LCD with a known-working one and still have the same issue.
I don’t see any physical damage to the traces between APU and LCD connector.
Pressing the LCD connector and the APU during boot don’t help.

As the backlight works a bit after the PicoFly turns green, I would say the APU and RAM chips are okay.
As there’s no reaction without the PicoFly I’d say there’s something wrong about the eMMC (dead? Wrong one?)

Assuming the +5V/-5V are present, APU seems to boot, all first-stage boot power rails are present, what could prevent the image to be displayed?
Any help would be appreciated here

During first stage boot, should the MAX77621 under the SoC deliver something?
