PS4 problems with USB ports

Good morning, I have a PS4 Fat with a very strange problem that I can’t find a solution to.
The PS4 turns on correctly, it shows the instructions on the screen to access the main menu by pressing the PS button on the controller but if I connect any controller to any USB port to synchronize and use the controller… the PS4 turns off and restarts in a loop, without getting to the main menu again, until I unplug the controller.
I changed power supply, controller, USB cables but still have this problem.
If, however, I connect any USB stick, the PS4 turns on without problems and reaches the main menu waiting for me to connect a controller to synchronize it and access. As soon as I plug in the controller… the PS resets and starts looping again.

Do you have any suggestions? Because I can’t find any short circuits on the mainboard and the power supplies all seem fine.
All I have to do is change the southbrige. which I wouldn’t want to do.

Will the controller also create a problem for you if you connect it to a PC?

NO, the controller also works perfectly on another PS4

Oh, I missed the part where you wrote “any controller”.

When you connect a controller for the first time and press home, the console will try and pair to it and from now on interact with it using the blue tooth subsystem, not the USB connection (when connected via USB). This is starting to smell an awful lot like a Wifi/Bluetooth module problem (which is why other USB devices not requiring Blue tooth functionality seem to work, so I expect a wired controller should also work).
