PS5 displays logo then shot down!

Hello.
I have a PS5 that has the following problem. It starts but when it reaches the logo and should enter the dashboard, it suddenly stops. If I enter safe mode, I have no problem, I can navigate through the settings without stopping. I tried reinstalling fw and recovery, nothing worked. How to get to the logo and enter the menu suddenly stops. I changed the HDMI encoder IC but it does the same thing. I did not detect any short around the encoder. I changed the power supply and it does the same.
Does anyone know what it could be? Thank you in advance!

Does the ram ics differ in temperatur?

As long as it starts to work until it stops, I have not noticed that any ram ics gets excessively hot. I don’t have a thermal camera. I just put isopropyl alcohol on each one.

If you look at the power consumption at pluggin the power, I guess it is normal. Within 5 sec up to aprox 310 mA back to aprox 8 mA?
