PS5 EDM-010 Not drawing current

Hello. Fairly new to repairing ps5s. Was trying to replace the HDMI port on an EDM-010 and it was turning on for a few seconds then off. I believe this was a short in my HDMI pins however, when testing with my programmable power supply, I believe that I accidentally shorted 12V directly to ground with my alligator clips and now, no power or beep or anything. I think there is an issue with the power rail however, when I test continuity to ground with 12V rail, it beeps for about 2 seconds then stops (im thinking as a capacitor charges).

The weird thing is that it is pulling 0A from the power supply. No current draw at all. I can measure the voltage with my multimeter but the system is not drawing any current.

Any thoughts on what this may be?

When power supply was turned on, it would go to 200-300mA briefly then back down to ~5mA until you booted then it would spike but never long enough for me to see the actual number as it turned off almost immediately. I am mostly trying to figure out why it now draws no current at all
