Picked up a PS5 on Marketplace that had the power supply replaced and beeps once when you push the power button.
Looks like someone’s had some fun with it and messed up this mosfet.
Other than a donor board do I have any options for replacement of this?

SIRA18DP-T1-GE3
What makes you believe it is bad?
Surface is scratched from attempted removal and there was leftover flux on the board. And some solder bulging out from underneath the chip.
I haven’t touched the mosfet yet but I did pull two UART codes off the board.
80871055: SSD Banks IO Error Between SSD Controller
808C3090: Power Failure - PWM or Unspecific
I ordered a few of the SIRA18DP mosfets, thanks for the assistance.
I replaced the suspect mosfet and no changes. System still beeps with no lights on power on. I also went over the board looking for shorts and am lost. The board draws .233 then drops to .004
Why replacing mosfets when the error codes are pointing towards the ssd ics?
I bought this system to repair and the mosfet had been tampered with. I just wanted to rule it out as an issue as it was visibly damaged.
Did some digging and found some shorts on the 0.8v output side. Is it safe to assume that the SSD Controller has failed? Alot of the capacitors under the SSD controller are shorted to ground. All shorts are circled.
The marked should all be the same line. Maybe one of the caps is shorted or the ssd controller itself.
