PS5 error code SU-101312-8

My PS5 has this error code one day the update just failed and its been cycling with this error code ever since. I feel like I’ve tried everything and based on forums my error is a disc error, my disc ejects and accepts discs just find but it doesnt play anything tired games and movie discs. Im at a lost and its sadly just passed a year i can’t even do a warranty claim. If anyone can help please do.
