Switch lite game card reader/headphone jack not working

Hey fam, I’ve got a switch lite that doesn’t read game cards and the headphone jack doesn’t work. No error code but inserting a game card just reports “the game card cannot be read.” I’ve tried multiple gamecard/headphone assemblies with no joy. Is there a common power/data rail for both game card/headphone jack that I should be checking? Any help is much appreciated.

I have the same issue, I checked the connectors and replaced the cart port and cable. Mostly commenting to see if we get an answer. Right now its all digital console. Plays them without any issues. The orignal damage done to the console was milk spilled, that was on the right controller side.

I believe I took a flyer and replaced the card reader/headphone jack FPC and it worked. I think this switch may have become a failed mod chip attempt so I still have the motherboard and I will check later today to confirm.

I found that board and looks like the only work that I had done to it was the failed modchip and the FPC replacement. If you are positive the FPC isn’t the cause I’d look around for broken traces caused by the liquid damage.
