Can’t quite figure out why this Switch won’t power up that I just purchased from Ebay. Any ideas?

If this was actually from eBay, what did the listing say out of curiosity
Ebay listing was tested no power. I think there is about $6 in change.
The seller has been posting lots of Switches recently, so I think they bought a pallet of Nintendo returns is my guess.
I’d say you’ve been short-changed…
