Xbox one missing 12v

I’ve bought an Xbox one original and after doing some testing the standby voltages are all there, but the 12v rail is missing. Its reading 0.2v, but I’ve checked the mosfets on the 12v rail and all seem to be testing fine 0.650 in diode mode on the gate (4 of them) except the last one (5th one) which is a little higher than the rest 0.666.

A good power brick shows orange-white-orange when plugging it into the Xbox.

Any advice would be grateful.

Found the issue, someone’s done screw damage to the board in the middle of the board right into the 12v line and there’s a missing component right next to the screw damage.
