I have an XBOX One here (1540, Silverton, built in 2019) that won’t turn on. I can’t measure any shorts, everything is ok so far. Standby voltages are also ok. Only 10mV is output on the U4B4. The error seems to occur more frequently when the NAND is defective.
Now I wanted to try reading out the NAND and rewriting it. Has anyone ever done this? Would the console run again if successful?
What do I need to do this? Soldering equipment including microscope etc. is available. But I have never replaced an eMMC/NAND.
