Xbox one X shuts off immediately

I recently changed the hdmi port and retimer chip on my Xbox one and now when I turn it on it shuts off immediately. I have checked all the pins on the port and also on the retimer. There is no bridging or shorts between pins. Could it be that I have damaged the retimer chip? Would this cause it to shut off immediately as it was powering up before just no display.

damaged retime normally wont make device instantly

Thanks for the reply. The hard drive has been tested and iss fine. I cleaned and then re-applied the thermal paste but still shutting off. I noticed a capacitor was loose on the underside of the board under the GPU. Re-soldered it but still no luck. Just seems strange it was after replacing the retimer chip.
