Xbox Series S - Everything Is Shorted

Got an Xbox Series S that will not power on. When I opened it up I was greeted with what you see in the first photo there. I removed the scorched components as best as I could, however I struggled a bit since my hot air station only goes up to 450c and it just didn’t seem to be enough for this board. I can’t tell if I wasn’t patient enough and some pads got pulled on some of the caps or if they were just fused together when the fault happened, but here is our current state.

Even with all the scorched bits off, it seems like every cap on this side of the board is still shorted. One end of the cap, be it ceramic or electrolytic, will have 0 ohms resistance to ground and the other side will usually have a 8 to 9 ohms resistance to ground (see photo where I have circled in purple). No idea if that’s normal or not as I don’t own a working board and I haven’t been able to find anything that would give such info. Visually nothing else pops out as the problem.

I did try injecting voltage into the short, but nothing seemed to be heating up. I don’t have a thermal cam so I had to use my fingers and IPA, but nothing jumped out as heating up.

Before I go through the trouble of trying to fix those pulled pads or trying to track down that mosfet I took off, any thoughts as to what might be causing the short? Just looking to get some thoughts and opinions before I toss this system back to the streets.
