The fan in the xsx spins freely but doesn’t power on when the console is running. The fan was replaced with a new fan but still not working. The connector looks good and the console is fairly new
Hi, maybe i can help you. I had an Xbox with the same issue. First Check the two capacitor under the third pin on the Fan connector for Shorts. If there is no Short then you hook up the power supply and Check of 12v is going to this pin an the connector. If not then you can Check the fuse right next to the power connector. At mine Xbox this fuse is blown and the Fan doesnt spin. After replacing it, it works fine. Hope that helps you.
